How to delete your Towpath Credit Union Digital Banking account

 If at any time you should decide you would like your Towpath CU Digital Banking account, please contact the credit union to have your digital banking account deleted.

 Please make your request either in person at any Towpath CU branch, or by phone at 330-664-4700.

Data related to your Towpath Credit Union Digital Banking account

 If you should decide to delete your Towpath Credit Union Digital Banking account, settings, preferences, and configurations you have made in the digital banking system will be deleted. This will not close your accounts at Towpath Credit Union.

 If fraudulent activity is suspected on your account, we may retain data related to that activity until we deem the information is no longer needed.

Transaction and other financial data based on your membership will Towpath Credit Union will be retained in line with our normal data retention policies for all Members of Towpath Credit Union, regardless of whether you delete your Towpath Credit Union Digital Banking account or not.
