Whether it’s a new service that would benefit our Members or a different perspective on how we communicate, we will make sure to have open lines of communication at every level.

DREAM Committee

To help us achieve our goals, we have also implemented our DREAM Committee to help give our leadership team more insight into the diverse perspectives of our staff and serve our community. We hope that by giving more people a seat at the table, they can help impact our workplace and the services we provide to our Members. Our committee looks forward to expanding on education, advising leadership, and creating awareness within our Towpath Team.
